On July 26th, the latest updates show that the Arbitrum Foundation has put forward a proposal aiming to broaden its technology application scope. The core of this proposal is to open up off-chain deployment permissions, allowing platforms such as Bitcoin network and Cosmos, which are not on Ethereum, to deploy Orbit Chain. Through this measure, Arbitrum will share profits with its partners. Specifically, the newly deployed Orbit Chain needs to return 10% of its on-chain profits to the Arbitrum ecosystem, with 8% allocated to the Arbitrum DAO and 2% to the developer association. This not only expands the coverage of Arbitrum's technology but also establishes a profit-sharing mechanism with its partners, reflecting its open collaboration philosophy.
