Following its decision, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has recently authorized the implementation of the amended rule change proposed by Arca, a division of the New York Stock Exchange, which allows for the listing and trading of shares in the Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust. This decision comes after Arca submitted an updated rule modification.
