Developer of modular blockchain infrastructure, Lava Network recently announced the launch of its public mainnet, a significant milestone that received support from networks like Filecoin, StarkNet Foundation, and Cosmos Hub. This move not only signifies the further development of Lava Network in building more efficient and reliable blockchain infrastructure, but also demonstrates its commitment to promoting interoperability between different blockchain ecosystems. To encourage community members to actively participate and contribute to network construction, Lava Network set up an incentive pool totaling $2 million, rewarding developers and users who have contributed to the mainnet. In addition, Lava Network launched the community-focused LAVA token and implemented a large-scale 55 million token airdrop campaign for the first time, aiming to further promote decentralization principles and increase user engagement. These series of measures highlight Lava Network's emphasis on attracting high-quality infrastructure providers, such as those successfully operating on the testnet like Google Cloud Platform, signaling its contribution to building a more open and collaborative blockchain future.
