Circle Internet Financial, a well-known stablecoin issuer, has revealed the range of its privately held stock trading on the secondary market as it prepares for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). According to internal information, the company's valuation is estimated to be between $5 billion and $5.25 billion. This valuation was formed due to early investors and Circle employees choosing to sell their shares in order to meet liquidity demands. Sources say that such transactions typically occur before a company goes public, allowing employees to convert their stock options into cash. It is noteworthy that the company explicitly prohibits any transactions below a $5 billion valuation.
