Recently, Movement Labs, a developer focused on integrating Facebook (META)'s Move Virtual Machine (MoveVM) into the Ethereum blockchain, has joined Polygon Labs' AggLayer. The objective of this collaboration is to achieve unified liquidity among Layer2 blockchains that are based on the Move smart contract language. Movement Labs highlights that by integrating, they have become the first Move-based ecosystem to utilize AggLayer, effectively bridging the gap between Move and EVM ecosystems. AggLayer, constructed by Polygon Labs, serves as an aggregation layer, enabling the creation of different Ethereum Layer2 networks, enhancing interoperability and liquidity within blockchain ecosystems.
