Recently, the chain-based order book protocol Nexera project faced an unusual attack. According to Cyvers monitoring, an unknown address successfully obtained the proxy contract ownership of Nexera and upgraded the contract. Subsequently, the address utilized the withdrawal management function to transfer all NXRA tokens. Currently, these stolen tokens are being converted into ETH, with some of the funds being transferred to the BNB Chain. Cyvers estimates that the total loss caused by this incident is around $1.5 million.
