MonkeDAO recently announced the launch of an internal investigation aimed at addressing allegations regarding potential improper use of rewards from its validator nodes. The accusations suggest that during the majority of the past year, approximately half of the validator node rewards (equivalent to roughly 586 SOL, valued at around $89,200 based on current market rates) were not correctly returned to the DAO's treasury. Regarding this situation, MonkeDAO’s General Counsel, Ariel Givner, stated that the organization is aware of the issues and is taking action to ensure transparency and accountability in its operations. He indicated that MonkeDAO will provide detailed explanations and is committed to resolving any existing concerns to uphold trust and interests among its members.
