Blockchain software technology company ConsenSys has announced the hiring of Dan Odell as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Odell will be responsible for overseeing all facets of the company's financial operations, including accounting, tax, financial strategies, and investor relations. Prior to joining ConsenSys, Odell was with the metaverse technology company Improbable, where he successfully led the company through a strategic business model transition, resulting in significant revenue growth and improved capital conditions. Before Improbable, Odell spent 15 years at The Walt Disney Company, serving in several key roles, including Global Product Manager for Disney Parks, Experiences & Products, CFO of Maker Studios, CFO of Mobile Games, and Global Director of Financial Planning for Disney Consumer Products.
