Millennium Management Reduces Positions in Bitcoin-Related ETFs for the Second Quarter

Hedge fund Millennium Management adjusted its holdings in Bitcoin-related ETFs in the second quarter, with a notable feature being the reduction of its spot Bitcoin ETF positions. According to specific data, FBTC holdings were reduced to -14% of their reported value, amounting to $589 million; IBIT holdings were reduced to -48%, totaling $371 million; and the reduction in holdings of Grayscale GBTC was even more pronounced, decreasing by 52%, with a holding value of $82 million. In contrast, for BITB, the holdings increased by 71%, reaching $65 million; and for MSTR, the holdings saw a significant increase to 8837%, amounting to $121 million. These changes reflect Millennium Management's adjustments and optimizations in its Bitcoin market strategy for the second quarter.
