On August 13, 2024, Cyvers Alerts, the cybersecurity monitoring system, detected an attack on the Vow platform. The malicious attack was executed by deploying a contract 112 days prior, followed by two hacker transactions on the same day. As a result, there was a loss of 175 ETH, 595,970 USDT, and 5,801,632 VOW. Initially, the attacker utilized Tornado Cash as a tool for funding. Subsequently, they deposited part of the funds back into Tornado Cash and have since transferred 50 ETH. Currently, the attacker still holds 402 ETH on their address.
