Golden Finance Report, OpenAI has released an innovative feature aimed at helping businesses maintain a competitive edge in the field of artificial intelligence. This new feature allows enterprise customers to customize their most powerful model, GPT-4, using their own company data. This move comes as startups face intense competition in the AI product market and also responds to the pressure on enterprises to demonstrate return on investment in artificial intelligence. OpenAI plans to officially launch this customization feature, commonly known as fine-tuning, on Tuesday. Fine-tuning technology enables existing AI models to undergo additional training on specific tasks or subject areas. This new feature is the latest upgrade to OpenAI's flagship model, designed to make it easier for clients to adjust their most powerful models by working directly with the company, avoiding dependence on external services or using less capable products. To achieve fine-tuning, customers need to upload their data to OpenAI's servers. According to software engineer John Allard, the entire training process typically takes about one to two hours. Initially, users will only be able to fine-tune the model based on textual data, but it may expand to other forms of content in the future.
