According to a report by Golden Finance, this anonymous trader, Jaredfromsubway.eth, has introduced a new MEV robot since August 14th, which is utilized to carry out sophisticated arbitrage and sandwich attacks. Since stopping the use of his old contract address, Jared has switched to using the same public-private key pair as his initial bot, further validating the effectiveness of his attack strategy. Analysis from EigenPhi reveals that the new contract address has handled over 85,000 transactions, generating approximately 765 ETH (around $2 million). Jared's new bot employs multi-level sandwich attack techniques, including five-layer and seven-layer attacks, designed to exploit multiple victim trading opportunities simultaneously. This strategy relies on the slippage effect in encrypted transactions, enabling the attacker to gain favorable trading opportunities while making ordinary users' transaction prices less favorable.
