AI platform SingularityNET recently announced its significant investment plan in the AI sector, committing $53 million to construct a modular supercomputer dedicated to decentralized general artificial intelligence (AGI). This initiative aims to accelerate the development and application of AI technology, driving it towards more efficient and intelligent evolution. The first phase of investment will focus on building the supercomputer, with an expected expenditure of $26.5 million. This phase will integrate a range of advanced technologies and equipment, including Ecoblox's modular data center solutions, GPUs and processors from Nvidia, AMD, and Tenstorrent, and AI servers from Asus and Gigabyte. The integration of these components will enable SingularityNET to develop a powerful computing platform that supports complex AI tasks and algorithm operations, further promoting innovation and dissemination of AI technology.
