The South Korean cryptocurrency trading platform Bithumb has issued an announcement stating that due to service disruptions in some Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP)'s Travel Rule solutions, to ensure transaction security and comply with relevant regulations, Bithumb has decided to suspend the transfer of cryptocurrencies valued over 1 million KRW (approximately 5600 CNY) to these VASPs. This measure aims to address the uncertainties caused by the current service disruption and protect user interests. Bithumb calls on affected users to understand this temporary measure and looks forward to restoring normal services as soon as possible.
