On August 26, Cointelegraph reported that Chris Pavlovski, the founder and CEO of the online video platform Rumble, stated that he has left Europe. Pavlovski believes that the actions of the French government have crossed the line because they threatened Rumble and exerted pressure by arresting Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram. Pavlovski claims that the French government demanded that Rumble remove certain Russian news sources, resulting in the ban of access for French users. Additionally, he mentioned that Rumble had been banned in Russia for refusing to comply with Russian censorship requirements. In his statement, Pavlovski said, 'We are fighting this in the French courts, and we hope that Pavel Durov will be released immediately.' However, he did not reveal which country he left or where he is currently located. Rumble has not yet responded to this incident.
