Binance CEO Richard Teng recently issued a statement strongly condemning the inhumane treatment of the company's compliance chief, Tigran Gambaryan, by the Nigerian government. This statement came after a video surfaced showing Gambaryan, using crutches to attend court, in a condition that appeared extremely difficult. He requested a wheelchair from guards to assist his movement, but an officer refused his request, forcing him to continue with the crutches. In response to this treatment, Teng emphasized: 'The inhumane treatment of Tigran must stop,' and called for allowing Gambaryan to return home for medical treatment and to be reunited with his family as a sign of respect for his personal rights and dignity.
