Following several hours of deliberation in Abuja, Nigeria's capital, the court deferred its decision on the bail application for Binance's Financial Crime Compliance head, Tigran Gambaryan. Gambaryan has been detained in the country for over six months, during which he required urgent surgery that was not provided by Nigeria's healthcare system. His defense attorney, Mark Mordi, brought this issue to the court's attention. On the other hand, state prosecutor Ekele Iheanacho argued that Gambaryan received adequate treatment both in prison hospitals and at Abuja's specialized facility for high-ranking government officials. The court stated that it would make its ruling soon, but did not specify a date.
