According to Golden Finance's report, John Rose, a member of the Republican House Financial Services Committee in the United States, is advocating for a new proposal called the 'BRIDGE Digital Asset Act'. The purpose of this proposal is to establish a joint advisory committee for digital assets connecting the SEC and the CFTC, aiming to obtain professional opinions from different interests in the cryptocurrency field. The committee will consist of 20 representatives from the private sector, responsible for providing suggestions to these two institutions on rules, regulations, and policies related to digital assets. John Rose points out that the current strict regulatory approach has not been effective and may instead encourage investors to move to overseas markets. By establishing this committee, the government and the private sector can jointly create a successful regulatory environment for digital assets.
