Industry analysis suggests that this indicates a substantial weakening of support for startup enterprises in the market. Additionally, from the perspective of capital investment, the number of investment transactions targeting Chinese startups experienced a significant reduction from 2021 to 2023, with the decline reaching an alarming 88%. The amount dropped dramatically from $47 billion to just $5.6 billion, signaling a notable decrease in investors' interest and confidence in the Chinese market.
